Kevin has worked with professional soccer teams as well as with the Villanova men's and women's soccer programs. He is a fantastic resource for student athletes at Villanova. In this performance package, Kevin shares training tips and tricks that will help aspiring college athletes improve their athletic performance. This video package includes the same workouts that Villanova soccer players are put through in their weekly training.
This package includes foundational exercises that can be built into any daily routine; pre-workout exercises and warm up routines; speed development exercises and workouts; strength development exercises and workouts; and recovery & mobility exercises.
